AGREED: that
1.the proposed overarching evaluation criteria as detailed in the body of this report be approved.
2.the commencement of the procurement and the issue of the OJEU contract notice and PQQ documentation be authorised.
To commence the process to enable the Council to appoint contractor (s) to a framework to deliver external / environmental improvements for a period of 2 years from September 2017, with the option to extend for a further 2 years. This approach was approved by Cabinet on 21st November 2016 as part of the re commissioning of the Building Maintenance Framework for domestic properties where specific / specialist requirements would be procured separately to provide better value for money rather than obtaining this work via the general building contractors.
