Agreed: that
i. the existing third party framework, NPS, for the provision of Agency Payroll Services via the Direct Award route be called off; and
ii. a contract for the WITS Agency Payroll Services be awareded to Matrix SCM Limited for a term of one (1) year from the 1st October 2019 until 31st September 2020.
To ensure there is adequate provision in place for the next 12 months, whilst the Directorate considers longer term provision. WITS intends to undertake due diligence and look to put longer term arrangements in place via the framework.
