Agreed: that the award of the successful contractors on to the SEWSCAP(3) Collaborative Construction Framework be approved.
An OJEU compliant procurement has been undertaken following the RESTRICTED procedure, shortlisting contractors from pre-qualification through to invitation to tender (ITT.) The following list (see Appendix A) are the successful contractors who have achieved a place against the respective geographic lots. The council is minded to utilise the SEWSCAP3 framework in respect of its 21st Century Band B capital commitments.
