Agreed: that
1. the property, 200 Fairwater Road, is declared as surplus to requirements.
2. the Council dispose of its freehold interest in 200 Fairwater Road, by direct sale to Cardiff and Vale UHB, for the value identified in the independent joint valuation report.
1. The building is surplus to operational requirements.
2. The disposal will alleviate the Council of its management liability.
3. The Council will receive a capital receipt for the sale of its freehold interest.
4. Disposal to a public sector partner with accommodation adjacent to the site enables them to extend their premises in order to enhance Health Service provision for the residents in the Fairwater ward
