Agreed: that
1. the award of the 8 childcare contracts outlined in the report in relation to the Flying Start Childcare programme for eligible 2-3 year old children in Cardiff as part of the Welsh Government Programme be authorised
2. the commencement of contracts on 1st September, 2019 for 3 years with the option to extend for 12 months and then a further 12 months be authorised.
Following the evaluation of tender submission, to authorise the award of 8 childcare contracts to the highest scoring bidders in line with the lotting strategy agreed in the previous report and put in place contractual arrangements.
